JOSÉ LUIZ MACHADO COSTA
Over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, consulting, and BPO. Specialized in accounting and financial due diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) purposes. Projects conducted in national and multinational companies of small, medium, and large sizes, in various sectors such as industry, retail, real estate developers and construction companies, service providers, agribusiness, financial institutions, among others. Development of business strategic planning involving activities such as budgeting, financial projections (FP&A), pricing, economic and financial scenarios, presentations for the board and stakeholders. Holds an MBA in Finance and a degree in Accounting. Certifications: CRC / CNAI.
